Growth promoters

They are different kinds of substances which have a beneficial effect on the animal growth and are added to the feed for this purpose. Amongst these substances there are some antibiotics that have been used in the feed for many years in a preventative way but they are currently forbidden in many countries, such as those that are part of the European Union.
