Nuria Martínez Boixaderas

She is currently working for the Official Veterinary Service of the slaughterhouse in the region of Osona (Barcelona). Previously, she worked in various roles in the area of swine production and health for companies in the industry (Granjas Terragrisas SL and Agrícola Ganadera Pibar).

She has a degree in Veterinary Medicine with a postgraduate degree in food quality and safety: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
