The Pig Value Chain Actors (PVCA) is a national association of pig farmers in Liberia that seeks to promote the piggery industry through networking, collaboration and advocacy for its members. The Pig Value Chain Actors is legally registered in Liberia as a Non-govermental and non-profit making institution thatcomprise of members who are pig farmers, veterinarian, piggery input suppliers, pig processors, budgets and other pig-based service providers.

The Pig Industry Board (PIB) of Zimbabwe is the national institution driving the growth and development of the pig sector. Through research, training, extension services, and the supply of improved breeding stock, PIB empowers farmers, enhances productivity, and promotes food security. With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, PIB serves as the backbone of a vibrant and competitive pig industry in Zimbabwe.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: The Pig Farmers Association Ghana is an Association of Farmers participating in the development of the pig industry in Ghana.   OUR MISSION is to promote, plan and organize pig development programmes; and implement policies that will make Ghana self-sufficient in meat and meat products, contribute positively to the protein requirement of the nation, and also make local pork production sustainable and competitive at international standard.   We have local branches across almost all the 16 regions of Ghana with a coordinated leadership reporting to the national executives. We are recognised by the Ministry of Agric, Veterinary services of Ghana and all key Agric sectors as the recognised body coordinating the pig farmers in Ghana.

The Pig Farmers Association of Nigeria (PFAN) is a national organisation representing Pig Farmers across the country. It serves as a platform for members to share knowledge, resources, and best practices related to pig farming, including breeding, feeding, health management, and marketing. PFAN also engages with government and other stakeholders to advocate for policies that support the pig farming industry.

The Tanzania Association of Pig Farmers (TAPIFA) is an apex private sector member based organization that advocates for the growth and competitiveness of the pig farming industry in Tanzania since its inception in 2016... OUR MISSION To serve the interests of Tanzania's Pig Farmers who are members of the association by promoting and encouraging modern pig farming; consumption of pork products; research and information dissemination among Pig Farmers; and by establishing links with government and all stakeholders in the supply chain in Tanzania as well as globally. OUR VISION To be a voice and facilitator representing and supporting Tanzania's Pig Farmers in their quest for profitability and sustainability.
