Manuel Fondevila Camps has a Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine/Science. He is currently Professor of Animal Nutrition at the Faculty of VeterinaryMedicine/Science of the University of Saragossa and Dean of the MSc in Animal Nutrition taught at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Saragossa. He has a great teaching and research experience in the nutrition of ruminants and monogastric animals.
