1991-present:  Established Swine Vet Center, P.A., an exclusively swine veterinary consulting practice in St. Peter, Minnesota.  Now employs 9 swine veterinary consultants

American Association of Swine Veterinarians "Swine Practitioner of the Year" in 1990
Served as President of American Association of Swine Veterinarians: 1992-1993 term
Recipient of the Allen D. Leman Science in Practice Award:  2001
Has consulted or lectured in over 22 countries and 30 states
Has been a member of major pharmaceutical and biological company advisory boards
Has worked on health programs for major swine genetics companies
Served as an adjunct professor at University of Minnesota for 5 years
Co-authored the first chapter in "Diseases of Swine" on PRRS
Has lectured at most of the major swine meetings in the U.S. and has been a consistent invited lecturer at the annual Al Leman Conference and American Association of Swine Veterinarians Conference.
